Peter Huckfeldt is an associate professor and the Vernon E. Weckwerth Professor in Healthcare Administration Leadership in the Division of Health Policy & Management at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Before coming to the University of Minnesota, he was an economist at the RAND Corporation. His research investigates Medicare payment policies, managed care, and the economic effects of chronic disease management. He received his PhD in economics at the University of California, Davis.
