Caitlyn Nix is a fourth year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program at Mississippi State University. She currently serves as a study clinician for a NIMH-funded randomized clinical trial examining motivational interviewing for the treatment of hoarding disorder in rural-dwelling older adults. Caitlyn is interested increasing access to and efficacy of mental health services for older adults in underserved communities, as well as approaches for increasing health behavior engagement in older adults.
