I am a Senior Researcher within Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Research – Copenhagen (PMR-C) and an Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen. I have 14 years of experience in clinical research, and my scientific focus area is how to ensure the maintenance of mobility and functioning in older adults (+65). I focus specifically on exercise and mobility regimens aiming to avoid functional decline in connection with hospitalization - thereby enabling older adults to maintain their independence.
