Fatemeh Hatami is a Doctoral Researcher in the gerontology group at Tampere University, Finland. She recieved her master's degree in Transportation Planning and her main focus is on emerging transportation solutions to enhance well-being among older adults and promoting ageing in place. She is now persuing her doctoral studies under HOMeAGE which is a European Union-funded project between nine universities and more than twenty governmental and non-governmental sectors that aims to institute an interdisciplinary, intersectoral, and international programme of doctoral training and research for the advancement of evidence-based innovation on ageing in place under Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.
