Spangler is passionate about providing quality and compassionate care for her patients and their families. She enjoys serving her patients in both the outpatient and inpatient settings as well as through aging research. She feels that she is able to deliver the best care to her patients through identifying barriers to care and finding solutions to improve care delivery. Her clinical approach fuels her primary research interests of identifying healthcare disparities of older adults in rural areas and the impact of disparities on older adult frailty trajectories and caregiving resources.
