Dr. Allison Moser Mays is an assistant professor of medicine in the Geriatrics Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she provides consultative and primary care for older adults. Her research focuses improving quality of life in older adults. She has led research on using community-based exercise as a tool for alleviating loneliness and social isolation and her work has been funded by the AARP Foundation. She is currently engaged in research improving the treatment of urinary incontinence in primary care as part of a multi-center study. She has authored book chapters on falls and social determinants of health in older adults and is active on the teaching faculty at Cedars-Sinai and has a joint appointment at the UCLA School of Medicine where she trains medical students.
