Kate Perepezko, PhD, MSPH is an assistant scientist at the Scripps Gerontology Center at Miami University. Before joining Scripps she completed her postdoctoral training with the National Rehabilitation Research & Training Center on Family Support at the University of Pittsburgh. She received her PhD in mental health and MSPH in social and behavioral interventions from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her research focuses on developing, adapting, and implementing interventions to improve the quality of life and functioning of aging adults living with chronic conditions and their care partners. In particular, she is interested in interventions that incorporate goal-setting and dyadic interventions involving aging adults and their care partners.
