Robbin Frazier is the Associate Director of Equity and Community Engagement in the Center for Healthy Aging and Innovation (CHAI) at the University of Minnesota.

The mission of CHAI’s Equity and Community Engagement Core is to advance health equity for BIPOC, LGBTQ and other under-served aging communities. Robbin builds authentic, mutually beneficial partnerships with the community and vibrant collaborations with governmental, business, nonprofits and individual partners to promote healthy aging for Minnesotans and beyond.

Robbin is the Minnesota Site Project Leader for Alter, a dementia-friendly for Black / African American faith-based organizations and churchers founded by Dr. Fayron Epps of Emory University. Her engagement in launch and expansion of Alter is funded by the UMN Northstar Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP) where she serves on the Interprofessional Geriatrics Coordinating Council (IPGCC) representing CHAI.

Robbin serves on the Board of Directors for Minnesota Gerontological Society and is chair of the Education Committee. She is a member of the BOLD Public Health Center of Excellence on Dementia Caregiver serving on the Health Equity Task Force.
