Hannah graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2024 with her B.A. in Psychology after working as a research assistant in Dr. Brian Carpenter's Clinical Geropsychology lab for 3 years. She assisted with and conducted her own research projects related to palliative care, patient-physician communication, surrogate decision-making, grief, and gender bias in healthcare. She is currently working as a research coordinator for Dr. Meghan Butryn at the WELL Center at Drexel University, where she is assisting with projects aimed at helping people along their weight loss journeys via psychosocial and behavioral interventions. Hannah has a broad interest in health psychology and is specifically interested in exploring how to improve healthcare interactions for those with serious illnesses by utilizing psychosocial and behavioral interventions. She plans to apply for Clinical Psychology Ph.D programs in the fall of 2025.
