With more than 30 years of clinical and leadership expertise across diverse healthcare settings, Noemi Smithroat currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Superior HealthPlan, a leading managed care organization in Texas. Noemi holds a BSN-RN and is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) as well as Certified Managed Care Nurse (CMCN). For the past two decades, her focus has been on strategic program development and implementation, leading the charge in introducing innovative, evidenced-based clinical programs specifically designed to meet the unique needs of individuals who have special healthcare needs.
