Priscilla Carmiol-Rodríguez is a Ph.D. student in Nursing Science at the University of Washington and the 2022 Tornyay Center for Healthy Aging Predoctoral Scholar. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington, a Master of Education with a concentration in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Costa Rica. Her research focuses on sleep health within the Latino community, examining the impacts of environmental and social determinants of health on sleep equity, the influence of culture on sleep behaviors.
