Dr. Elizabeth Hahn Rickenbach is a Professor of Psychology (and Community and Public Health) at Saint Anselm College. Previously, she earned a doctoral degree in Aging Studies from the University of South Florida and subsequently spent two years as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Brandeis University in the Lifespan Psychology lab. Using a lifespan and interdisciplinary perspective, her research interests and scholarly publications have most recently covered to topics. First, Dr. Rickenbach has worked to better understand the role of age, in particular, older age, in relation to the motivations, preferences, and lifetime experiences of voting in the United States. Secondly, her research is interested in intergenerational activities, particularly the utility of games, to facilitate cross-generational engagement and interactions.
