Evan M. Henricks, MD is a geriatrician and assistant professor of medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine followed by a combined internal medicine-geriatrics residency and fellowship in 2021 at MCW. He joined the MCW faculty in July 2021 with the Division of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine. He is the medical director of the Froedtert & MCW Geriatric Internal Medicine and Memory Disorders Clinic and is the liaison to the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Institute network of dementia diagnostic clinics. Clinically his responsibilities include outpatient geriatric primary care and memory care, inpatient geriatric consultation, perioperative geriatric medicine. He has clinical privileges at both Froedtert&MCW Hospital and the Zablocki VA Medical Center. He is the current recipient of a Geriatric Academic Career Award grant through the Health Resources and Services Administration.
