Hyosin (Dawn) Kim is a health services researcher and an Assistant Professor (Senior Research) at Oregon State University. Kim is also a member of Rutgers Community Health and Aging Outcomes Laboratory. Kim conducts research to generate evidence that will be used to enhance health care systems and quality of care for patients with serious illnesses and their family. Kim's research focuses include health care system reforms, physician-patient communication and end-of-life discussions, palliative and hospice care, disparities in health care, and women's health.
