Judith Vick, MD MPH is an instructor of medicine in the section of geriatrics at Yale University. She is a graduate of Barnard College and Johns Hopkins, where she completed her MD, MPH and internal medicine residency. She recently completed the National Clinician Scholars Program at Duke University and the Durham VA as a health services research fellow in the division of General Internal Medicine. Her research focuses on optimizing decision making for older adults and their families in the acute care setting, with a specific focus on persons living with dementia. She enjoys Orange Theory Fitness, creative nonfiction, and her cats, and is writing a series of prose poems tentatively titled “Texts from my Ma.”
