Dr. Gilbert Gimm is an Associate Professor and the Health Services Research PhD program director in the Department of Health Administration & Policy at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. His research focus areas include aging and disability, caregiver well-being, and Medicaid payment reforms. His research work has been published in the Journal of Applied Gerontology, Disability and Health Journal, the American Journal of Public Health, and Health Services Research. In June 2024, Dr. Gimm was elected as a GSA fellow in the SRPP Section. He completed his Ph.D. in health economics and policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
