Thomas K.M. Cudjoe, M.D., M.P.H. is the Robert and Jane Meyerhoff Assistant Professor of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He is interested in the health and well-being of low-income older adults with a particular focus on leveraging community-based strategies, mixed-methods and human centered design to understand and address social isolation. His work is grounded and informed by the joys and struggles of his ancestors for which he is eternally indebted.
